With a combined 60 plus years experience in the building trades, Dennis and Don have a passion for quality work done right the first time. Growing up in Central Mass and moving here to the Upper valley they brought skill, craftsmanship and most importantly their hard work ethic. 

Logan has worked with Mayottes Property Maintenance since 2021. He graduated from MVRHS in the class of 2023 and HACTC Building Trades, where he was awarded student of the year.

A lifelong Vermont local, I’m not only dedicated to my trade but also to my family and community. With 15+ years of hands-on carpentry experience, I’ve built my reputation on hard work, precision, and doing every job right the first time. I’m a proud husband of 7+ years and a father to three daughters and one son, and I understand the value of a well-built home and the trust families place in those who work on them. My skills have been shaped through nearly a decade working within my family’s carpentry business and through my commitment to continually growing my knowledge and craftsmanship. An outdoorsman at heart who enjoys camping, fishing, and hunting, I bring honesty, reliability, and small-town values to every project I take on.
